The tumor microbiome is increasingly recognized as a key component of the tumor microenvironment, yet its spatial organization within tumor tissue remains poorly understood.

In this Genomics Unlocked webinar, we explore how Stereo-seq enables high-resolution spatial mapping of host–microbe interactions in lung squamous cell carcinoma.
